Left Hand Brewing Co’s Chili Con Warrior,
Recipe by Steve Charbonneau
2 cups dry beans, soak overnight and then cook until tender
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
2 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons beef better than bouillon
0.25 cup pearl barley
1/3 cup couscous
1 cup Warrior Ale
Simmer all ingredients together until barley and couscous tender, remove bay leaf. Garnish with cheddar cheese.
